• Comfortable with technology (everything from runner registration to check-in to timing is done digitally)

• Friendly

• Able to perform mildly physical tasks such as unloading / setting-up / taking-down / loading equipment

• Tenacious, level-headed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
