The Smith County Medical Society Foundation invites you to join us for our inaugural 5k run/walk, and 1mile run.

This event was designed as a means to bring awareness to Tyler's hidden gem, The Tyler Family Circle of Care. The goal of the Tyler Family Circle of Care, a federally qualified health center, is to allow care to be given equally to all residents of Smith County, regardless of insurance type, or even lack of insurance. The Family Circle of of Care is there to meet the medical needs of all adults and children in the community. 

The race will take place in the neighborhoods around Fun Forest Park alongside Fit City Tyler's annual Day in the Park.
